張帆 教授

張帆，男，1987年生，山東省淄博市人，中共黨員，博士，教授，博士生導師，上海市“東方學者”特聘教授，獲得上海市海外高層次人才，擔任養護大西洋金槍魚國際委員會（ICCAT）履約中方首席科學家。擔任《Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences》副主編，《Marine Life Science & Technology》編委。

教育背景：

2005-2009年：中國海洋大學，水産學院，海洋生物資源與環境專業，學士學位；

2009-2011年：中國海洋大學，水産學院，漁業資源專業，碩士學位；

2011-2015年：加拿大圭爾夫大學，生物科學學院，綜合生物學專業，博士學位。

教學工作情況：

2021年從國外全職引進到伟德BETVLCTOR工作，長期從事種群生态學、魚類種群動力學、漁業資源評估、漁業管理的研究與教學，主講課程包括：生物資源評估、生物資源評估與管理實習、海洋資源與環境專業英語、魚類種群動力學（研究生）、漁業統計學（研究生）、漁業資源評估模型與軟件（研究生）。

主要研究方向：

氣候變化對魚類種群豐度和分布的影響，漁業資源評估模型開發與應用，基于人工智能的漁船行為學研究，具有氣候适應性的漁業管理策略研究。

主持科教項目：

1. 國家自然科學基金委員會，面上項目，基于非靜态個體生長過程的金槍魚漁業資源評估與管理，2024-2027。

2. 全球氣候變化下太平洋大眼金槍魚種群的資源評估模型與管理策略研究，上海市高層次人才崗位計劃項目，2021-2023。

3. 國家自然科學基金委員會，青年項目，太平洋大眼金槍魚非定性親體-補充量關系的動态變化、産生機制和管理策略，2021-2023。
