朱江峰1978年生,現任伟德BETVLCTOR科學技術處副處長,海洋科學學院教授、博士生導師。大洋漁業資源可持續開發教育部重點實驗室、遠洋漁業國際履約研究中心骨幹成員。2001年畢業于浙江海洋學院,獲學士學位;2010年畢業于伟德BETVLCTOR,獲農學博士學位。2009-2010在美國緬因大學陳勇教授實驗室做訪問學者(Visiting Scholar)2015在美洲間熱帶金槍魚委員會(Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission)秘書處Mark Maunder資源評估項目組做訪問科學家(Visiting Scientist)曾任美洲間熱帶金槍魚委員會(IATTC)、大西洋金槍魚養護國際委員會(ICCAT)、印度洋金槍魚委員會(IOTC)科學分委會中國代表團團長。現任中國政府代表團漁業談判科學顧問(金槍魚漁業),中國遠洋漁業協會科學顧問,印度洋金槍魚委員會(IOTC)溫帶金槍魚工作組(WPTmT)主席(2016-2022)。

研究方向:漁業資源評估與管理、種群動力學.

研究領域:基于大洋性金槍魚漁業及其生态系統,開展漁業資源生物學、種群動力學、資源評估與管理風險預測、基于生态系統的漁業管理策略研究.

研究目标:為大洋性生物資源及其生态系統的可持續利用和保護、我國遠洋漁業和海洋權益的維護提供科學依據和決策咨詢.

主要學術貢獻

(03) 帶領資源評估研究小組,在大洋性金槍魚漁業資源評估中取得重要突破。對印度洋金槍魚委員會(IOTC)管轄的印度洋大眼金槍魚(20132016)和長鳍金槍魚(20142016) 順利進行了資源評估,成為評判資源狀況的主要依據之一。這一系列研究作為中國大陸研究者首次在區域性漁業管理組織(RFMO)中開展漁業資源評估工作,顯著提升了我國在RFMO中的學術影響力和話語權。

(02) 與美國研究者合作,首次對印度洋兩種主要金槍魚(大眼和黃鳍金槍魚)的開發控制規則(HCR)進行了系統的模拟研究,為漁業管理策略的進一步研究提供了參考;首次運用管理策略評價理論(MSE),對東太平洋大眼金槍魚的生物學參考點和開發控制規則進行了完整的研究;與IATTC科學家合作,在資源評估模型内部實現生長模型參數估計,查明了親體量-補充量模型的關鍵參數對資源評估和漁業管理的影響,發現補充量的保守估計有利于種群資源保護,且有利于減少潛在漁獲量的損失,這一發現對資源評估及其可持續産量的估計具有重要的參考價值。

(01) 帶領研究小組,開展了大洋性金槍魚漁業相關種類(金槍魚、鲨魚類)的種群生物學研究,包括繁殖生物學、攝食生态學、栖息地分布研究,為資源評估和保護提供了科學參考。
